Licensed in Texas to sell insurance, Mr. R. Girard, the founder of TX BEST MEDIGAP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, having double-majored in Health Promotion and Mathematics. So crunching numbers and helping people with their health care needs is par for the course.
